Tea Bag FFS Machine – Inner & Outer Pouch Packing
The fully automatic FFS (Form-Fill-Seal) tea packing machine is used for packing loose tea in small sachets or filter pouches. The machine performs the entire process automatically, including forming the pouch, filling the tea, and sealing it. It can also create an inner filter tea pouch with an outer laminated pouch layer, which helps maintain hygiene and improves product presentation. This machine can be used to pack products such as leaf tea including CTC tea, green tea, and black tea. It is also suitable for herbal tea blends, Ayurvedic teas, masala tea powder, and iced tea powder. The filling range usually varies from about 1 gram to 10 grams, making it suitable for small tea sachets.
The machine supports different pouch sealing styles such as three-side seal, four-side seal, and center seal pouches. It uses a volumetric cup or auger filler system to maintain accurate filling weight. Heat sealing helps keep the product safe and extend shelf life, and an optional nitrogen flushing feature can help maintain the freshness of the tea.

Tea Bag Packing Machine with Thread & Tag
The automatic tea bag machine is designed to produce ready-to-use tea bags in an efficient and hygienic way. The machine forms heat-sealable filter paper bags, fills them with tea, attaches a cotton thread, and adds a printed tag for easy brewing. This type of machine is commonly used by tea brands, hotels, cafés, and businesses that sell packaged tea bags.
The machine can be used to pack different types of teas such as premium green tea, tulsi tea, herbal infusion blends, floral teas like chamomile or hibiscus, and various flavored tea blends. It can produce both single-chamber and double-chamber tea bags depending on the requirement.
The machine uses heat sealing instead of staple pins to attach the tag, which helps maintain better hygiene and safety. The bag size and filling weight can be adjusted according to the product. It can produce around 50 to 60 tea bags per minute, providing high production efficiency with accurate filling and minimal tea dust during the process.
